This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the production process of exquisite jewellery pieces while managing various administrative tasks.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain organised inventory and track materials flow
- Collaborate with production team for timely material availability
- Utilise Excel for inventory, orders, and schedules
- Generate reports for production analysis
- Liaise with offices for jewellery hallmarking
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Handle general tasks and coordinate courier services
- Act as point of contact for stakeholders
- Manage calls and emails efficiently
- Communicate with manufacturers for smooth production
- Collaborate with teams to address issues
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the jewellery or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and hallmarking processes - beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
