Through our Sustainability Pledge, which guides our daily actions and long-term planning, we are passionate about creating a better product, a better workplace, and a better world.This September, we're offering a unique internship opportunity that combines real-world industry experience with design innovation at the highest level.POSITION SUMMARY:We're collaborating with Transport for London (TfL) and the Royal College of Art (RCA) to help shape the next generation of TfL's Bus Safety Standards-focusing specifically on reimagining the driver's cab. This project aims to deliver an inclusive, safe, and pleasant working environment for bus drivers.As an Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to our product development and manufacturing processes while contributing meaningfully to this live innovation project in partnership with TfL.This is more than a placement-it's applied design for real-world impact. Working with our engineering and design teams in Scarborough, you'll help shape inclusive, safe, and human-centered environments for London bus drivers. You'll gain hands-on insight into how concepts evolve into production-ready solutions, and how industrial design, ergonomics, and user experience influence safety and sustainability at scale.OUR WHY:We move people.
