- Managing the credit control process - setting credit limits, reviewing payment histories, and making sure invoices are paid on time.
- Building great relationships with customers to resolve queries quickly and keep everything running smoothly.
- Reconciling daily bank receipts and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with cashflow forecasting and supporting local factoring activities.
- Contributing to month-end reporting and helping maintain group reporting data in the ERP system.
- Finance/Accounting degree or CICM/AAT qualification (or equivalent experience).
- A strong grasp of local accounting standards and regulations.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and great with deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial/ERP systems (SAP a bonus).
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
