  • 3:00pm – 11:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:We are looking for a motivated production operatives to join our clients pork factory team in Scunthorpe. In this role, you be part of production operations during the late shift, ensuring smooth workflow and that production targets are met.Roles will include but not limited to:
  • Working as part of a team of production operatives
  • Adhering to production processes and ensuring efficiency
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assisting with staff training and development
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)
  • Valid FLT Reach License (required)
  • Willingness to undergo Counterbalance training
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
