- Forge strong, results-driven partnerships across your territory through virtual & in-person meetings with partners and their customers, executing and supporting the development of our strategy to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to design and launch impactful campaigns and training programs that empower our partners.
- Enhance partner and customer satisfaction through effective channel enablement activities, including catalogue management.
- Support the day-to-day operations of our Large Channel Partners, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
- Track and forecast distributor performance with precision, providing actionable insights to drive growth. Continuously assessing the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and, where appropriate, evaluating and onboarding new channel partners to enhance market reach and performance.
- Fluent in English – strong written and verbal required.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in life science discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in solution-based, scientific selling within the Life Sciences sector, with proven experience managing channel partners such as dealers, distributors, or agents, with a strong understanding of indirect sales models.
- Strategic and executional capability, with a track record of developing and delivering successful commercial initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, including marketing, technical support, service, customer service, product development, and finance, leading to measurable commercial growth.
- Ability to travel – up to 50% travel, overnight, within territory
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience in channel enablement activities, including the development and management of partner catalogues, marketing campaigns and training programs.
- Delivering business reviews and commercial proposals to C-suite executives within channel partner organizations, demonstrating strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems to manage channel partner pipelines, track performance metrics, and drive data-informed decision-making.
