- Provide exceptional admin support and customer service
- Keep clients updated on their mortgage progress
- Process life insurance/protection recommendations
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure applications progress smoothly
- Maintain compliance with FSA regulations and data protection laws
- Prepare recommendation letters and ensure data accuracy
- Process new business using bespoke software and lender systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to defined processes**The Ideal Candidate:**
- A customer service natural with a knack for making clients feel valued
- Previous sales experience in financial services is a plus (or willingness to obtain CEMAP)
- Able to stay cool under pressure and spot potential issues
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Hard-working, attentive, persistent, determined, and professional
- Strong computer and IT abilities
