
Accounts Administrator

- Providing administrative support including diary management and meeting coordination
- Record and process invoices and expenses using Xero
- Managing invoices and uploading them to Xero and Hubdoc
- Reconcile credits and debits across bank accounts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with reporting requirements
- Filing and database management
- Managing events records, ticket applications, and financial donations
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Coordinating calendars, schedules, and confirming meetings
- Assisting with budget tracking and generating simple financial reports
- Experience using Xero and basic bookkeeping
- Confident managing payments and invoices
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Part time hours (12-16 hours per week)
- £15ph (equates to £29,250 FTE, pro rata)
