This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a progressive and collaborative team delivering projects across a range of sectors including commercial, agricultural, education, and local authority developments.Role Overview:As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects from initiation through to completion-ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, to a high standard, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site operations, managing subcontractors and labour.Maintain accurate site records and diary sheets.Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage; collate and return delivery/advice notes to the regional office.Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing and monitoring the construction programme.Attend and contribute to design and subcontractor coordination meetings.Liaise closely with the Contracts Manager on subcontractor progress and invoice approvals.Ensure quality standards are met, addressing any issues of non-compliance promptly.Collaborate with the admin and procurement teams to schedule materials in line with project timelines.Promote and enforce strict health and safety standards on site.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Proven experience in a similar Site Management role within the construction industry.Strong understanding of the full contracting process and technical building requirements.Excellent communication and coordination skills.A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships.A solid track record of delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.What's in it for you?A competitive salary and benefits package tailored to experience.Opportunities to work on a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects.Supportive team environment within a growing, forward-thinking company.Free on-site parking.Ready to take the next step in your construction management career?
