- Maintain and update project schedules in Microsoft Project, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are accurate.
- Gather, collate, and organise data from internal teams, acquired businesses, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and change requests.
- Liaise with stakeholders (internal departments, acquisition partners, suppliers) to obtain required information and updates.
- Support integration activities post-acquisition, including data migration, process alignment, and stakeholder communications.
- Update and maintain contact lists, stakeholder maps, and project distribution lists.
- Flag potential risks, issues, or delays to the project lead for resolution
- Have a good understanding of the workflow from start to finish across the company
- Stay up-to date with the latest processes
- Complete ad-hoc works as required
- Ability to manage a wider and complex workload and manage conflicting priorities
- A systems thinker with the ability to problem solve and have root cause identification skills.
- Ability to work on team initiative and prioritise workloads
