
Head of Sales - Energy Transition

- Lead and grow business in the Energy Transition sector with a focus on immediate, funded projects.
- Drive business development, account leadership, and solution delivery across CO? Capture, Hydrogen, SAF, and related sectors.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Shape and execute a compelling Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Support proposal development, commercial reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador through industry events, networking, and professional forums.
- Experience in a similar senior sales role within the Energy or Clean Tech sector.
- Proven success in selling complex, technical solutions to industrial clients.
- Strong understanding of automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, Variable Speed Drives, Smart Solutions).
- Demonstrable experience in managing high-value deals and building senior-level client relationships.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Experience with system integration companies.
