
SEO Manager(12-Month Fixed Term)

- Drives commercial digital marketing strategy enabled by martech/adtech/ marketing science capabilities focusing on Search engine marketing and SEO.
- Works with the local markets to explore new optimisation methods towards improving organic performance.
- Analyse organic search performance data and support relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, content, competition and more
- Consult local markets to identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve performance at scale in search and other acquisition channels
- Analyse metrics for the customer acquisition journey, to inform opportunities that will drive the biggest impact to the business
- Act as a “Test & Learn Ambassador”, expands testing culture to the markets by new performance marketing scenarios
- Understand best practices in growth, proactively bringing new ideas and best practices to the team
- Ownership of SEO community from Group perspective
- Responsible for supporting SEO audit activities across the SEO community
- Experience of driving SEO performance in a similar organisation and/or industry
- Excellent understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and marketing tools (including search marketing software)
- Ability to define measurement plans and analyse data to gain insights and drive business decisions
- Passion for staying current on the latest search marketing trends including AI search and how businesses need to adapt
- Strong customer focus and commercial acumen
- Excellent influencing, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
- Project management skills and experience
- Experience of working with external agencies and vendors
- Digital marketing consultancy background would be a plus
- Experience in Agile Ways of Working would be a plus
Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
Charity days: 5 days/year
Maternity leave: 52 weeks: the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay
