- Annual salary £28,567.45.
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, (shift pattern of 5 days over 7). Shifts range between 07:00 and 20:00, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.

- Reporting to the Sous Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.
- Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
- Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Undertaking relevant training as required.
- Relevant culinary qualification e.g. BSC (Catering), MHCIM, HND, City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, NVQ level 2 and 3.
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- DBS and security checks required.
