Shifts: 6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00amOur busy print manufacturing client in Normanton is looking for reliable Production Operatives to join their bindery team on a temporary basis. Shifts are flexible and offered as needed, including days, nights, or weekends.You will help load magazine sections into the binding machine and stack finished magazines onto pallets, working safely and efficiently to meet production targets. The role requires initiative, good attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading magazine sections
- Stacking finished products onto pallets
- Following scanning and production procedures accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with other duties as required
- Meeting production targets efficiently
- Working independently when required
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
