As the practices' 3rd largest department internationally, you will be give the chance handle complex commercial disputes ranging from:
  • High value, complex shareholder litigation
  • Breach of commercial contract
  • Professional negligence
  • Regulatory & insolvency litigation
  • General dispute resolution / litigation avoidance strategy
The firm boast a broad client base which includes tech, sports, retail, charity, financial regulation and much more.As a senior member of the team you will be expected to handle your own work alongside assisting with the development of associates / senior associates.At a Senior Associate, or Legal Director level, there is a real chance to build a practice and business case to progressThe Ideal Candidate
  • UK-qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
  • Client-facing and confident in managing relationships
