- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for individuals with complex neurological needs.
- Manage a varied caseload, providing specialist OT input tailored to individual goals.
- Keep up to date with current treatment approaches and contribute to service improvement initiatives within your specialist area.
- Support the integration of specialist rehabilitation technologies into everyday practice, aligned with our 24-hour rehabilitation model.
- Participate in audits and assist with monitoring and evaluating service effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff when needed, especially in complex cases.
- Follow and promote risk management and safety procedures consistently.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects, outcome measurement, and clinical governance activities.

- HCPC registration.
- Post-qualification experience in neurorehabilitation or complex care (including ABI/TBI).
- Well-developed clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to person-centred practice.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Enthusiasm for developing skills, embracing innovation, and contributing to service improvement.
- HCPC registration.
- Post-qualification experience in neurorehabilitation or complex care (including ABI/TBI).
