Key responsibilities include:Carrying out maintenance and improvements to buildings and grounds.Conducting routine Health & Safety monitoring, checks, and accurate record-keeping.Performing repairs to fabric and fittings, including carpentry, plumbing, glazing, and electrical work.Liaising with external contractors when necessary.Using IT systems for administrative tasksPlease refer to the vacancy pack for further details on the full responsibilities of the role.Where you’ll be basedField Studies Council Nettlecombe Court lies in a secluded valley at the eastern edge of Exmoor National Park.
