- From brief to delivery, Senior Project Managers are the glue that keeps the agency moving. You’ll be the go-to point for Strategy, Creative, Design, Business Leadership and Finance
- Liaising with clients and other Dentsu teams to lead on project scope and deliverables
- You’ll always have your eye on project finances, flagging commercial risk and resource issues before they happen, to ensure that profitability and rigorous management of the client's budgets is maintained
- Own project-based documentation such as SOWs, cost estimates, timing plans and production schedules ensuring they follow agency process
- You’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency on your projects, implementing process change nimbly to ensure the quality of work is always exceptional and delivered on time and to budget
- Work closely with the other PMs and resource management within the project management team, to ensure the smooth running of the team’s schedule
- Provide support and guidance to the wider team, with the ability to get stuck into adhoc tasks needed across multiple projects to fulfill client needs
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role, you’ll have a proven track record of delivering similar types of work in an agency or client environment
- Team management - a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for liaising across departments; someone who knows what great looks like!
- Time management – High levels of organisation and brilliant at working in parallel, driving multiple projects with a view to how their success impacts the wider global programme
- Experience of line managing other project managers would be advantageous but not essential
- Incredible attention to detail on project finances, you’ll be able to speak confidently and accuratey on the commercial picture at all time
- A diplomatic problem solver with a creative and strategic approach to managing issues and risks
- Great client management skills, establishing trust and confidence as one of the client's key agency partners
- Confident and able to represent the client at key internal agency meetings with senior leadership
- Experience of using project management tools such as Adobe Workfront and Monday,com would be beneficial
- Experience of full Adobe creative suite and Figma is desirable but not required
