- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, concerns, and ongoing needs
- Ensure accounts are serviced effectively, on budget, and in line with agreed expectations
- Maintain up-to-date client records, including contract changes and renewals
- Resolve client issues swiftly to maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance internal processes and service delivery
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Attend and schedule regular client meetings to build rapport and explore new opportunities
- Communicate clearly and proactively, identifying and pursuing upselling or cross-selling potential
- Proven experience in Account Management or client services
- Industry experience within Logistics or Distribution would be beneficial.
- Experience managing clients and multiple Accounts is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights (Excel proficiency essential)
- Confident in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking to support client growth
