VAN DRIVER - NIGHTSWORKING ANY FOUR NIGHTS OUT OF SEVEN ON A ROTA BASIS - START TIMES: 6PMPAY RATE: £12.86 - £16.72 PER HOURPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and room to grow and progress.This role will be ongoing for the right candidate.You must be aged 21 or over for our client's insurance purposes.Benefits

Rate Of Pay:
  • £12.86 per hour basic
  • £16.72 per hour overtime (after 45 hours)
Day to Day Duties:
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of your vehicle at the start and end of each shift
  • Delivering goods from warehouse to stores and collecting returns from stores (between six to eight stores per day)
  • Working any four nights from seven - you will receive your rota a week in advance
  • Working a minimum of five hours per shifts - shifts can be anywhere between five to ten hours per day
  • Report any vehicles defects or maintenance needs
  • Provide excellent customer service skills
Essential Skills:
  • Valid UK Category B Driving Licence
  • Must have held licence for minimum of two years
  • No more than six points for MINOR offences (No IN,DR,DD,CD convictions on licence can be accepted)
  • Must be over 21 years old for client's insurance purposes
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Desirable Experience:
  • Previous commercial driving experience would be beneficial
Training:
  • A paid site induction will be given following a successful theory and driving assessment
  • Minimum of three training shifts alongside an experienced driver
