The RoleGonville & Caius College is seeking an outstanding individual to work within our fast-paced Conference & Events team, with day-to-day responsibility for external events, to be the main contact for Meet Cambridge, Summer Schools and all external bedroom enquiries with oversight of internal college events and activities. The focus on this role is the daily management of external events with a particular focus on residential conferences (particularly summer schools) events, weddings and B&B sales and bookings. Knowledge of Kinetics and experience of events co-ordination in a College environment is essential.This is a full time role, and the hours of work are 37.5 per week (worked over 5 days).
