Berkeley Scott is partnered with a top quality, award-winning Bar and Restaurant to find them a Head Chef.The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people, so we are searching for an experienced Head Chef to join this fantastic new employer.As well as up to £40,000 salary, the employer has a very competitive benefits package.This role would suit an established Head Chef or a very strong Senior Sous Chef with branded experience in a similar role/environment with 2-4 years of experience at a senior level.Reporting to the Gm, the Head Chef role includes overseeing the day-to-day food production operations, leading and developing the kitchen team, handling order placement, receiving deliveries, maintaining stock levels, ensuring kitchen due diligence is adhered to and maintain a 5-star EHO result whilst maintaining effective communication with the front-of-house team as well as achieving weekly financial and quality targets, reflecting your commitment to both operational and culinary excellence.Career growth and progression is a huge part of this company’s ethos so a can-do attitude will be well rewarded.
