
Assistant Facilities Manager

- Serve as primary on-site support for assigned corporate client facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and end-users
- Participate in regular client meetings and service reviews
- Ensure all services align with client's corporate standards and brand requirements
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Support contract compliance and SLA performance metrics
- Oversee daily operations of corporate office spaces, including multi-floor facilities
- Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance programs across all building systems
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets client expectations
- Oversee corporate moves, adds, and changes (MAC) projects
- Ensure facilities support corporate culture and employee experience goals
- Respond promptly to employee service requests and work orders
- Coordinate with help desk operations and field service teams
- Manage emergency response procedures and business continuity planning
- Support corporate events, meetings, and special functions
- Ensure consistent service delivery across multiple locations
- Implement client-specific policies and procedures
- Assist with annual facilities planning and budgeting processes
- Support capital project planning and execution
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and corporate ESG goals
- Participate in client strategic planning sessions
- Support workplace transformation and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Support health and safety programs specific to corporate environments
- Manage insurance claims and risk mitigation activities
- Coordinate security operations and access control systems
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate facilities management or client services
- Proven track record in corporate real estate or integrated facilities management
- Strong understanding of corporate workplace environments and employee needs
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in IWMS/CAFM platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Understanding of corporate workplace trends (hybrid work, activity-based working)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Knowledge of corporate procurement processes and vendor management
- Excellent presentation and report writing capabilities
