You will work on a variety of exciting schemes that encompass major Residential and Mixed-use developments. Your strong design skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality architecture.Associate Architect Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects through all stages, ensuring design integrity and adherence to schedules.
  • Collaborate with a team of talented professionals to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to navigate UK Building Regulations and Planning Policies effectively.
Associate Architect Requirements:
  • ARB/RIBA registration is essential.
  • Proficient in design and technical skills, with AutoCAD experience (Revit knowledge is a plus).
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Planning Policy.
  • Strong understanding of layout design for Residential and Mixed-use projects.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion for architecture that pushes the boundaries of creativity.
