They have roles in the more relaxed all day dining kitchen as well as the fine dining restaurant also. You will prepare meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients anf this is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious chef. Due to location you will need your own transport.Salary & Benefits

The Role
  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing and plating for hotel and restaurant guests
  • Opportunity for career progression within the company
The Person
  • You will already be a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Have experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
