As Tender Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the bid and tender process-identifying opportunities, managing submissions and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You will work closely with the Business Support Lead and support a dedicated Tender Administrator, playing a key role in helping the business win new work.This role is initially temporary, working three days per week, with strong potential to become temp-to-perm based on business needs and your performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track tender opportunities via proactive searches and existing channels
- Lead the bid/no-bid process and coordinate tender submissions
- Manage and monitor tender timelines and ensure compliance throughout
- Maintain and develop a library of standard responses, case studies, and CVs
- Support and coach a Tender Administrator as needed
- Report regularly on tender pipeline and progress
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence working with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
- A proactive mindset with strong influencing and collaboration skills
