Join us on a journey where passion meets flavour, crafting experiences that bring people together and delight taste buds.Job DescriptionWe’re now looking for a Finance Business Partner (Operations), to join our fast-paced, ever-evolving Finance team.This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to step into a true business partnering role — to provide financial and performance information relating to Operations encompassing all aspects of Production Performance, Cost Control, Sales and Margin. To support the formulation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts. To provide financial support to the wider business, especially with regards to cost reduction or development projects.Based at our Cleckheaton siteYou’ll be involved in:Financial Analysis and ReportingBudgeting and ForecastingCost ManagementFinancial Planning and StrategyCross-functional CollaborationRisk ManagementQualificationsWe’re looking for:
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) desired but not essential
  • Operational, Finance & Business Partnering experience ideally within a manufacturing environment (or similar)
  • High level of IT & Systems Skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Possess high levels of operational awareness
  • Ability to work with cross functionally across the organisation
  • Experience in an FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment is a bonus
