About the Role:Responsibilities:Delivering high-quality and consistent electrical installation subjectsAssessing courses according to company and awarding bodies' guidelinesReviewing student performance and implementing necessary proceduresEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity policiesCollaborating effectively within the team and with external stakeholdersAbout You:Requirements:Recent industry experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial Electrical InstallationMinimum Level 2 qualification in English and MathsSound practical capabilities in Electrical InstallationsEagerness to learn and gain qualifications for teachingBonus points forWorking towards a Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalentWorking towards a Level 3 Assessing qualification or equivalentLevel 3 electrical qualifications (C&G 2391, C&G 2382) or green credentials (Solar PV, EV,EESS)Desired personal qualities:Good interpersonal skills with maturity and confidenceSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects independentlyProblem-solving attitude with patience and control in challenging situationsOwnership for problem-solving and assignment resolutionBalance between leadership and being a team playerOur story and mission:Our vision is for a world in which everyone has the skills and opportunities to succeed.
