Paralegal - Post Completions - Milton Keynes - Up to £30,000paAn experienced Conveyancing Paralegal is now required to join this outstanding, and rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors as a Paralegal, specialising solely on Post Completion work.Based in the Milton Keynes office, this is an integral role within the business, and so experience of Residential Conveyancing and the post completion process is essential.The Reward

The Role
  • Liaising with all parties concerned as appropriate on both Sales and Purchases
  • Complete and submit Land Transaction Returns and liaise with the Land Registry
  • Review and submit SDLT for payment
  • Update Leaseholders / Management Companies where appropriate, reviewing and advising on any outstanding Service Charge or Ground Rent arrears
  • Review and activate and indemnity policies
The Person
  • Must be from a similar background, with a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing and the Post Completion process. Would also suit a an experienced Conveyancer, perhaps seeking a change of pace
  • Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally
  • Be a team player, always working towards a common goal
  • Be IT literate, confident in using a variety of software and databases
