If so, read on…We’re working with a leading domiciliary provider who is looking for a warm, driven, and reliable Optical Assistant to join their friendly team, covering the North West. You’ll be delivering compassionate, patient-focused eye care in care homes and patients' own homes—bringing vital services directly to those who need them most.What’s on Offer:
  • Monday to Friday only – 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • No weekends
  • Company car provided or car allowance
  • Strong bonus structure
  • Competitive basic salary – £25,882
  • 28 days annual leave + your birthday off
  • Full training and ongoing support
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assisting the optometrist during patient visits
  • Dispensing and fitting spectacles
  • Providing excellent patient care in a calm and respectful manner
  • Working independently while on the road
  • Representing the business professionally with every visit
About You:
  • Experience as an Optical Assistant is essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Warm, empathetic, and patient-focused
  • Looking for a new challenge away from a traditional retail setting
  • Passionate about delivering eye care to vulnerable communities
