- Provide effective leadership to a team of 7 technical professionals, fostering a high-performance culture across remote and office-based teams.
- Support individual development plans, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team capability and career progression.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of ANPR and CCTV systems across the estate, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and policies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
- Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely communication and resolution of incidents.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues and resolutions to support first-time fix rates.
- Utilise management information and operational data to monitor team performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Produce regular reports on system uptime, incident response times, and service-level performance. Set and track KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical operations priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Projects, and Customer Service to support integrated service delivery.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of technical operations, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and technology upgrades.
