  • Apply gamification principles to create interactive, rewarding user experiences that drive engagement
  • Implement animations to elevate UI/UX, ensuring seamless and visually appealing interactions
  • Taking the lead on designing and planning technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Coding and developing features for new and existing products to a high technical standard
  • Taking the lead on identifying areas for technical improvements / innovations
  • Mentoring, assisting and supporting other team members
  • Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge-sharing and collaborative development

  • Next js, React, Typescript, Node js, CSS
  • Responsive design and UI optimisation
  • Version Control Systems (e.g. Git)
  • Experience designing and implementing features that leverage game mechanics to enhance user engagement and retention
  • Experience creating and integrating animations (e.g. CSS animations, Javascript-based libraries like GSAP, or React specific animation tools) to enhance user interfaces
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeveIt would be great if you also have some the following skills:
  • Previous experience in the sports marketing industry
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry, preferably gaming
  • Experience with testing libraries
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
