Office Angels have teamed up with our client and we're looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to join a vibrant, passionate team that values authenticity, efficiency, and teamwork.What You'll Do:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly
- Coordinate travel plans and organise team events and away days
- Manage office appointments, deliveries, and stock distribution
- Identify and suggest improvements to administrative and production processes
- Support client services by keeping data up to date and assisting with event logistics
- Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and diary management
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure effective communication and operations
- Experienced in a similar operations or office support role
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Proactive problem solver with strong IT skills, familiar with tools like Excel and Google Docs
- Collaborative, inclusive, and adaptable in your approach to work
- Ideally, you'll have relevant qualifications in business management, office support, or a related field
