Our client is a well-regarded Legal 500 firm, seeking a private client solicitor (2 – 6 years’ PQE) to join the team based in Edinburgh.In this role you will be managing your own caseload of private client work consisting of drafting wills and powers of attorney, providing succession planning, asset protection, tax mitigation advice and the administration of executry estates. You will also review existing policies, practices and precedents, as well as cross-selling other legal, property and financial services.As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, as well as the strong communication and organisational skills required to effectively deal with wills, trusts and executry matters in a timely manner.
