Contract: Temporary until October 2025 (with the potential to be extended)We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Plumbing Lecturer to join our Post-16 team in Northampton. This is a full-time temporary position starting in September, initially until October, with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities:Deliver and assess high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Plumbing for Post-16 learners.Support and inspire students to develop both practical and theoretical skills, preparing them for progression into employment or further study.Contribute to curriculum planning and ensure delivery meets awarding body requirements and industry standards.Provide effective pastoral support, guidance and feedback to ensure learner success.Essential Requirements:A recognised qualification in Plumbing (minimum Level 3).Teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.Industry experience within the plumbing sector.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to student achievement and success.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional or an aspiring lecturer to join a supportive teaching team and make a real impact in Post-16 education.How to Apply:
