  • Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager & Senior Design Manager
  • Management of the Design process from Pre-construction and Live level
  • Manage your own time to get the projects completed
Experience required for this Design Manager position:
  • Experience working as a Design Manager previously
  • Able to manage the Design process from start to finish
  • Management of any change in the Design for projects
  • Experience working on schemes from £10m-£50m in value
  • Experience working on projects such as Residential schemes and framework projects
  • IT literate
