Customer Service Advisor – Part Time
Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £16,800 per annum (Part-Time, Pro Rata of £28,000 FTE)
Hours: 3 Days per Week | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Holiday: 15 Days Annual Leave (Pro Rata of 25 days FTE)We’re currently recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Advisor in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team. The role is varied, requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers and retail partners, ensuring all enquiries are handled with care and professionalism. You’ll be part of a friendly and relaxed office environment, with hybrid working available on Mondays (if this falls within your working days).Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach when dealing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Investigate issues related to orders and deliveries, providing clear updates throughout.
  • Process orders, returns, amendments, cancellations, and discounts through internal systems.
  • Provide support to retail partners using internal platforms.
  • Escalate unresolved queries or complaints appropriately.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and manufacturing teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist wider support teams as needed.
  • Identify and resolve potential process issues proactively.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
