- Driving the development and growth of fashion and performance ranges.
- Managing the critical path across multiple product categories and global suppliers.
- Negotiating costs and building strong supplier relationships, including potential overseas travel.
- Presenting ranges confidently to directors and the wider team.
- Monitoring stock and trading performance, reacting quickly to market changes.
- Partnering with design on new product development to build profitable, exciting ranges.
- Supporting wholesale with key account buys and data accuracy.
- Completing seasonal analysis, pricing frameworks and lessons learned reviews.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion buying at a similar level.
- Strong commercial acumen and a love for product and fashion.
- Excellent negotiation, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive problem solver who works well under pressure.
- Confident with Microsoft Office; relevant degree preferred but not essential.
- Salary dependent on experience.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
