- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, including diary management, correspondence, and preparation of documents.
- Draft and produce reports, papers, and communications to a high standard.
- Act as the main liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Arrange and support meetings, including preparation of papers, minute taking, and follow-up on actions.
- Organise staff events and planning days, ensuring effective delivery.
- Manage expenditure related to meetings and events in line with policies and procedures.
- Maintain filing and record systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Respond to enquiries professionally, exercising sound judgement when handling queries.
- Promote professionalism, accountability, and positive working relationships across the organisation.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade A-C (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics.
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role, providing direct support to senior management.
- Experience of facilitating meetings, including preparation and circulation of papers.
- Proven experience in minute taking and tracking follow-up actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing communications and reports to a high standard on behalf of others.
