Pay Rate: £33.30 per hourAbout the Role:Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a social worker to join Dudley’s Children With Disability (CWD) team.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will contribute to delivering an effective children’s social care service as part of a social work team, aiming to improve outcomes for children and young people. You will manage a caseload based on experience and case complexity, applying specialist knowledge to conduct needs assessments, care planning, and child protection investigations. You will carry out high-quality, child-centred assessments using community-focused and multi-agency interventions. Your work will ensure children are adequately protected in line with Dudley Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) guidelines, departmental policies, and relevant legislation.Benefits:
