  • Passion and dedication: A genuine desire to support the development and well-being of students with SEN.
  • Strong communication skills: The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Adaptability and resilience: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to diverse needs.
