
Technical Compliance Manager

- To provide a senior level of compliance support and advice on regulatory matters.
- Develop and coordinate control and governance systems to ensure contractual compliance.
- Ensure there is a robust process in place and lead on the management of the continual update of project records including the asset register, condition, update of drawings/room data sheets.
- Support the project team to revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly compliance reviews with the Project Company and Internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and own the status of NCR's.
- Coordinate and own the status of ACR's.
- ONC/HND in an Engineering Discipline (or Equivalent) or a recognised qualification or certification in a statutory discipline.
- Relevant industry experience in a compliance management role in Healthcare
- Good customer care and flexible approach to working practices
- Proven experience as compliance manager
- Knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations
