- Ability to take on ad-hoc projects in support of the wider firm's growth objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous financial experience in trading or investor relations is highly desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills and problem solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
