Lead Communication: Act as a main point of contact for clients, estate agents, referrers, and other legal professionals-ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.
Leverage Technology: Use a bespoke in-house case management system to streamline workflows, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
Hit Performance Milestones: Deliver against personal and team KPIs and service-level agreements while maintaining high-quality, compliant work.
Ensure Full Compliance: Stay ahead of AML regulations and industry standards such as the CQS framework.What You BringWe're looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also proactive, organised, and client-focused.Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a conveyancing fee earner or property lawyer role.
Legal Acumen: Solid understanding of the entire conveyancing process, including leasehold and new build complexities.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office, Land Registry Portal, and online SDLT processes.
Confident Communicator: Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
