OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager you will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily with your team so that you can create an exceptional inviting customer experience in your store. With support from your Store Manager, you will help to oversee a variety of aspects of your Stores business from team management and coaching to driving sales and service. You should have a strong focus on your team, leading and motivating them, treating everyone equally and with honesty and kindness. Your store is one of our many wellbeing hubs across the UK and Ireland, that plays a vital part in the retail side of NEOM.Responsibilities· Be responsible for the day to day running of a standalone store· Drive forward sales, KPI’s and company objectives· Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports· Give insight to support you Store Managers quarterly business plans and help develop training plans to action these in store· Assist the store manager with targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, weekly/monthly reports, stock orders· Work closely with cross functional teams within NEOM· Weekly creation of fun in store content for our online/social platforms· Create and drive an unforgettable NEOM customer experience in store to inspire wellbeing· Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks· Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld· Help to create an Annual Events Plan supporting monthly instore and field events to promote NEOM as a brand whilst working with partnering businesses/people· Develop and mentor a team with a focus on training, education, and development· Responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is appropriately taken· Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line Manager. You will work closely with your Store Manager and Retail Cluster Manager to keep up to date with wider departmental and business activity.· Other key partnerships will include Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Team feeding back and collaborating on key customer issues, work with the Customer Marketing Assistant to ensure first class retail store experience, local events and windows including assistance of coverage for our Social Media Team.· You will also work closely with the Culture & Engagement Lead, collaboratively feeding back ideas, opportunities and demonstrating your passion for our people and planet goals.Qualifications· 2 years minimum experience managing a standalone store· Retail experience within health/beauty environment· Capable in Excel and Google Drive· Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multitask· Work on initiative and be super proactive· Confident and capable communicator· Have the desire and capability to coach and develop your team to reach their full potential· Be commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase store footfall· Meticulous attention to detail, able to maintain impeccable standards in store
