We are currently seeking for an experienced Afternoon Tea Chef to work alongside Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder in delivering exceptional dining experiences of Hartnett Holder & Co, within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.Lime Wood is a 33-bedroom boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park. It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best, with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds.This is a part time role which requires full flexibility at the weekends.   • Prepare ingredients and maintain all workspaces, ensuring compliant handling of all baking and other kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure Afternoon Tea items are always freshly prepared.
  • Follow recipes and assist with the development of new menu offerings. Be creative and express ideas.
  • Ensure all ingredients and equipment required is readily available. Handle ingredients and equipment with care.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols. Including excellent knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
