Property Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified), London, £55,000+ (DOE) - A new opportunity for an ambitious and client-focused solicitor to join a specialist Property Litigation team. JOB REF: 0656.THE ROLE:
  • You'll play a hands-on role within a dynamic and growing team, working across a wide range of disputes for a diverse and high-profile client base
  • You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Lease renewals, Possession claims, Trespass/squatter claims and injunctions, Rent arrears and Boundary and rights of way issues
  • You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • You will have a minimum of 6 months experience within property litigation matters.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and quick to grasp new concepts
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop
  • Confident managing own caseload with appropriate supervision
