This Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator role is an opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives by organizing engaging activities and events to promote their physical, psychological, and social well-being.Main duties of the jobAs a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' overall well-being. This includes identifying their life histories, needs, and preferences, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. You will need to have previous experience working with older people in a residential or nursing setting, as well as expertise in organizing activities and events.   • Identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents by listening to them and their families to support the development of a detailed life story.
  • Planning and submitting to the Home Manager- a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview.
  • Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
  • Maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
