Allstaff Office Services Division requires a Part time Centre Manager for our clients who offer flexible office spaces.This role will be based on working 24 hours per week over 3 or 4 days. Your main base will be Bailleston however you will also travel to Glasgow and Hillington sites. Own transport is essential as is use of your own car.The role:As a Centre Manager, you will operate across three sites, providing administrative and operational support throughout the region as needed. Proficiency in computer systems is essential for this role. You will work independently, managing your workload and schedule.Day-to-Day Centre Management:
  • Ensure accurate completion and organization of occupancy details and documentation for all centers.
  • Efficiently manage resources to meet or exceed sales, occupancy, and profitability targets.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Enforce company Health and Safety policy at all centers.
  • Maintain quality control of services and foster a customer service-oriented attitude among center staff.
  • Ensure all vacant units are consistently prepared for viewing or occupancy.
Effective Controls:
  • Coordinate with the Facilities Team to procure necessary supplies for center consumption or resale to licensees.
  • Identify and address site-level repair, maintenance, landscaping, and estate management needs.
  • Conduct high-level Health & Safety reviews to address risks and ensure compliance.
  • Perform monthly audits of tenancy schedules and internal unit inspections.
  • Record meter readings, manage key storage, and monitor telecoms and IT usage.
  • Enforce license documentation terms and conditions fairly.
  • Collaborate with Asset Managers on contract specifications and compliance.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee monthly invoice production, distribution, and revenue collection.
  • Work with the credit control team to pursue outstanding debts.
  • Coordinate with headquarters for accurate forecasting and budget compliance.
  • Minimize controllable expenses and eliminate unnecessary waste.
Business Development:
  • Maintain regular communication with the Marketing team to advertise vacancies and handle inquiries promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, local activities, and competition, adjusting strategies as needed.
Sales:
  • Conduct viewings within 48 hours of request.
  • Monitor and manage customer retention, addressing any issues or opportunities promptly.
