From cinema partners like Hyde Park Picture House and Vue to open-air Light Night zones in Millennium Square, you will keep activity flowing, address real-time challenges, and safeguard visitor experience. Your coordination skills will help the festivals reach thousands of residents and visitors, boost the local economy, and showcase Leeds as a creative, welcoming city.Person specificationsAs a Venue and Zone Coordinator, you will bring: - Proven experience coordinating screenings, performances or large-scale public events.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple live schedules under pressure.
- Confident people leadership, especially when guiding and motivating volunteer teams.
- Clear, calm communication with audiences, artists and technical crews.
- A solid working knowledge of health-and-safety principles in event environments.
