- Acting as the primary contact for guests, providing assistance, resolving issues, and promoting the hotel's amenities, bars, and restaurants.
- Responding to guest complaints or requests promptly and effectively.
- Coordinating emergency responses, including leading fire evacuations and ensuring guest and staff safety.
- Conducting and documenting regular fire walks and safety checks during your shift.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough shift handovers to the next team.
